The Research Office, in cooperation with WVU Colleges, sponsors a one-day seminar and a subsequent workshop given by Grant Writers Seminars and Workshops (http://grantcentral.com).
The 4th annual seminar is scheduled for Summer 2008. Further registration information will be available on this page. Research associate deans/deans approve individuals for participation in the seminar and the workshop.
The Grant Writers Workshop follows the seminar with applications submitted by
mid- September. Individuals are accepted to participate in the workshop after review of their application by a professional grant writer with concurrence of the Research Office. Participants are mentored by a professional grant writer over a four month period during which time they prepare a proposal for submission to a federal agency.
